Trade Services Terms & Conditions - EcoLawn 250S

Service
The EcoLawn 250S is supplied with an experienced operator and remains under the control of Haddenham Lawn Care throughout the job.

Material & Labour
You supply the topdressing material and sufficient labour to keep the machine loaded. One person is sufficient when loading from bags. The customer is responsible for the suitability and quantity of material supplied.

Access
The EcoLawn is approximately 0.9 metres wide and 1.9 metres long. A minimum clear access width of 1 metre is required on a straight route, with additional space required for turns. Please let us know about any tight turns, steps, slopes or other access restrictions before booking.

Charges
Minimum charge: £300, including up to 3 hours on site, including unloading and loading the machine. Additional time: £50 per 30 minutes, or part thereof. Travel: £1 per return mile from Haddenham, Cambridgeshire.

Payment
The £300 minimum charge and agreed travel charge are payable 5 working days before the application date. Payment secures your booking. Any additional time will be invoiced separately after the job.

Changes, Weather & Ground Conditions
If you need to cancel or postpone your booking, or if weather or ground conditions mean the work cannot be carried out as planned, no problem — we’ll simply move the booking to the next mutually convenient available date. Any payment already made will transfer to the rearranged booking.

Safety
We reserve the right not to operate the machine where we consider access, ground conditions or the working environment to be unsafe or likely to cause damage.
